Full working picture — the two tours, the machinery behind each move, contacts, sensitivities and the live task board. The client-facing version (JR → Sean) lives at sean-collins-hub.pages.dev — keep this and that in sync but this one carries everything Sean doesn't see.
Read before any outbound. These never appear on the client hub or in anything Sean sees.
Sean is not yet aware of the wider V360HQ team. Everything to Sean reads as JR personally. No agent names, no "we've got someone on it", no system language. Client hub is authored in JR's first-person voice.
Heart attack Feb 2025, fully recovered and working — never referenced publicly. Directly informs UK tour density: show-count + how tight the routing runs is Sean's call. JR having the stamina/preferences chat before we lock density.
The promoter behind the 2024 Canada underpay (−50%) and the Kill Tony UK visa fallout is on do-not-engage. JR to confirm the name for the formal list. Do not route any Canada/UK date through them.
Sean is banned from Hot Water (Liverpool + Manchester rooms) — do not approach. Frog & Bucket / Fairfield are the Manchester alternatives.
Naming lock: Good To Be Here = the live TOUR · Hometown = the already-recorded SPECIAL released ONLINE · "homecoming" does not exist — never use it. All first venue contact is JR's (Rule #1).
Good To Be Here · Jan 2027. Stand avails in; Trinity IoW offer in; LST is the routing gate. Density parked on Sean stamina chat.
4 shows 29 Sep–2 Oct, Sean self-booked, Wafik support. Poster update + Toronto agreement = the two live asks.
Recorded, awaiting JR music/credits change → online sale (Cooper+Reed) + reels + audio + SiriusXM.
Jan 2027 · UK & Ireland. Route = anchor London (LST) + Scotland (Stand) → route up through the UK and close in Ireland. LST reply is the gate — hold the Stand pick until LST offers so the two anchors don't clash. Density gated on Sean's stamina chat (JR). Tour-density-vs-recovery is the balance to hold.
JR flag (2026-07-06): first fortnight of January is dead for live — audiences are "Xmas'd out" (skint post-Christmas, dry-Jan, cocooning); venues quiet by nature. So weight the run to the BACK HALF of Jan → early Feb when demand recovers (Stand avails run to 6–7 Feb — use that Feb tail). Don't be fooled by the Stand's heavy early-Jan availability (2–3, 9–10) — that's soft-demand supply. Implication for Trinity: late-Jan dates (23/30) are now commercially good dates, not a problem — see revised date read below.
Sean wants it → JR agreed → doing it. The Grove, Cowes, Isle of Wight PO31 7QR · 199 seats · run by Cowes Amateur Operatic & Dramatic Society (CAODS) · 01983 295 229 · caods.org.uk (@trinity_theatre).
JR's rationale (in client hub): right across the water from Sean's home (Gosport ↔ IoW, short ferry); JR knows the island well; local support act. Low-risk £100 hold.
Strategic read (date): both = Sat nights → no same-day Stand clash (500mi apart; Stand Sats are matinee-only anyway). Calendar "clash" is minor — 4 strong Stand weekends, only 1 needed for Scotland. Real issue = sequencing: 23/30 are late-Jan = the northward end of the route, IoW is deep south. With JR's Xmas'd-out flag, the run weights late-Jan→Feb anyway, so → lean to Sat 23: puts IoW at the southern/early end of the strong-demand window, before the push north for Scotland/Ireland closing 30-31 Jan → 6-7 Feb. 30 Jan is the weaker pick — if Scotland's already live up north by then, a southern IoW date = backtrack (bad for Sean's stamina). 199-cap = bottom of the 200–400 tier. ⚠️ Don't lock until LST + Scotland weekend pinned + Sean's show-count known.
💷 Marketing plan (JR): island responds to local press → buy local advertising on top of the deposit; + a small targeted social-ads budget (island + mainland-just-across geo-target). → ACTION: cost it. Reed to price the local-press + social-ad spend; JR to sign off the budget (spend gate). JR told Sean "I'll come back with numbers."
Next: get hire detail from CAODS (what the £ hire vs 70/30 actually means, tech spec, get-in/ferry, on-sale mechanics) · source local support · Reed cost the marketing · pick 23 vs 30. ⚠️ No date/terms confirm without CEO sign-off (Rule #1).
